Idrees
I've read that white lithium grease is the best to use for poly bushes, as it won't react or chemically degrade the bush so you prolong the life the bush. I used general grease on mine as I wasn't aware of this at the time, and it doesn't sqeak - my car is fully poly bushed too! I'm not sure that it actually matters though, as I've read that a lot of people have used usual grease and haven't had issues with squeaking or the life of the bush.As for those plates, I've never seen them come with an ARB, the only place around there that has those plates is the Whiteline Anti-lift kit, they're around 5mm thick though. WallaceGlanza
Some people have had issues with the whiteline front arb knocking on the lower arms where they pivot I think so the plates may be to give a bit of clearance. I don't have the plates on mine and have no issues.
Idrees
I have heard about that issue with the 24mm ARB, I thought it was fixed by pulling the lower arms out (with ALK fitted)?
WallaceGlanza
Yeah that might be why mine is ok. If you don't have the alk though spacers on the actual arb brackets could be the solution.
Amjad
If you don't need the spacers I might need them because I've bought a 24mm ARB and have an ALK fitted lol
