Jamie1st
Why they still got all things on site, and i thought u dont need water lines for td04 and u just loop it?You need water lines for TD04 pal, unless you want to risk not running water lines I suppose..And it says on the home page that no orders are being processed at present. Hawwy
Okay ive read in a few places you dont really need them thats why mate. So uneed 2x oil lines and 2x water ones?
AdamB
You don't have to run the water lines, it's only there to further aid cooling, which the oil does on its own.
Hawwy
But what do u use to bypass it ? The standard line?and you just need braided oil line and silicone bend for return line
AdamB
Just loop the line from the outlet to the return on the thermo housing.Only will need the oil line and a return to the sump.
WallaceGlanza
You don't have to run the water lines, it's only there to further aid cooling, which the oil does on its own.It will also help in heating up the oil which is very important for the turbo too, I would definately run them. rorenapier
Water lines are not needed if you dont want to.The water lines are there for helping the turbo from cooking itself from hot oil after a hard run.If you give your car a few mins of easy running before shut down then you will be fine.3-4 years here and my TD04 is fine..
