broke a rod and piston on launch control seems to have built too much boost!

not much updates with the car atm, lowered it more have no pictures yet, plans are to overhaul stock ignition system with toyota parts and powerflex engine mounts

doen a few bits with the car now, dont drive it much as I've a corsa for everyday, intercooler brackets were broken so welded some custom ones up in fas today lol will do the job anyways still has to be fitted! also overhauled the ignition system with toyota parts and ngk iridiums

also fliped it around while i was at it as it had bend fins on the otherside still needs to be polished or i might spray it black, unsure yet

cheers mate

done a few bits aswell

done oil pump and crank seals

timing belt, idler and tensioner

rotor arm and cap

new oil and filter

resealed the sump

cleaned and painted the sump

painted intercooler and re mounted it with new brackets i made

removed the mid box from my 5zigen proracer system and replaced it with a piece of 316 ss pipe, must say it sounds WAYY better and more raspyer now

got the lsd box and poweflex mounts fitted took out the whole engine and box to do it! again lol nice difference both items made. didnt really test them much as I've the cat in for the nct the 20th and then its a change of turbo kit.

zisco td04 kit fitted and running 0.6bar on the stock ecu untill its mapped! difference is huge compared to the ct9 hybrid i ran! pulls hard to the redline where the hybrid runs out of puff should be a hand full at a bar boost!



screamer pipe is mental loud aswell as the straight trew exhaust lol
