Hi guys,

does anyone know if this has been done?

if the calipers bolt on, then what discs do you use?

celica ST185 (single pot) (5 stud)

front disc sizes are, Diameter 277mm, Thickness 25mm, Hieght 47mm and Bore 54mm

Toyota Corolla 1.8 VVTL-i

Front Discs Specification: Vented - Studs 4, Disc diameter 275.0mm, Disc thickness 25.0mm, Overall height 49.1mm, Centre diameter 55.0mm

A mate of mine fitted the twin pots on his 3sgte corolla, they were the twin pots off the st165, all he did to fit them was to redrill the standard st165 discs to a 4 stud pattern and open the centre bore to 55mm and boltted them on,

thanks for that mate but im hopefully getting st185 calipers cheap and they take a bigger disc iirc...

tell me more about this 3sgte corolla though, what shape? :)

My discs were the Astra 1.7 CDTi discs, 4/5 stud I think. 280mm milled down to 277.5mm and 1.5mm taken off the thickness where it sits against the hub (so the disc sits further in towards the chassis, central to the caliper)

Oh and a spigot ring/spacer to make up for the difference in hub size
