shorty Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 I would imagine its the wound spring release right behind the plastics of the handle dude. have you got the seat out as if its out its easier to strip aslo u tried using the foot tilt from the rear just incase its just got stuck? micky boy Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 (edited) The bar that go's through the seat it will be that mate it wont be hitting the other catching on the other side there for not allowing you to tilt it forwards!!!theres little prongs either side of the bar and if they arent slotted in the grooves it wont tilt you will see what i m ean when you take it apart!!!keep the seat in the car though i foiund it much easyer to work on just take what i think is 2 12mm bolts off each side and your away!
