CT9 Turbo Smoking

When started cold no smoke but when its warm up it starts to smoke then build up to thicker white smoke this is at ( Idle).

While Driving no Sign of smoke in all gear ....a bit of smokes when turbo kicks in..... but when waiting in the traffic light the smoke starts to build up again.

I went to my mechanic and he said its the piston oil ring...but not sure

Any comments will appreciated

Yeah dude could fine well be the turbin piston ring end that is warn allowing oil to bypass into the exhaust!

If its the piston oil ring how come it doesn't smoke when I'm driving only in idle ?

He said turbine poston ring end mate....so part of turbo....

Do you get any smoke or oil out of the oil cap or oil breather on the rocker cover?

Well I bought a ct9 turbo I'll see how it goes

Thats definately turbo pal mine did the same, remember itll still smoke a little at 1st after youve changed it cause of all the oil in the exhaust.

I would say its seals in the turbo too! it'll drop oil into the exhaust side and a little bit of oil seeping through will cause quite a bit of smoke.
