jellybaby
Sounds like it bud what u need if got one get a volt meter and put it across the battery and see if it reads 14.5 volts that way will show that the bat is being charged by the alternator

jellybaby
Check earths and the alternator that way cover ya areas
StarletMad
Put meter on battery anything around 14v is normal. (when its running). To check current drain you can use the finer settings on the meter to check the current being drawn. If you can't get rid off them lights you could always try removing both terminals OFF of battery and hold them togethertis will totally drain the power from the car. lukEp
the battery light comes on with the cat light so seem to be something to do with the cat temp sensor maybe faulty you dont need it you dont have a cat just disconnect it.just read you dont have cat sensor connected, maybe the wire is shorting/touching the gearbox somewhere.
