Hawwy
your wrong mickey. 100s of turbos are not water cooled! Just loop the pipe and dont need to block off the holes on the turbo, just leave them open.Really can just leave them open?can i use vacuum hose for looping it. ? If not what type of pipe can i use Edited November 18, 2012 by Hawwy
keirz
they wasn't destined to be on a starlet though. Some similar sized td series turbos dont have water lines. Depends on the engine set up as well as the turbo design. Im not saying your wrong that it would be good to use them, i would use them personally but its not that essential. keirz
the ones on the turbo yes. Its just an empty chamber surrounding the housing. If nothing is going into it nothing will come out of it!

5T4R7ET N/A
I think the size of the bolt of the water line being 17mm?? can someone confirm,it needs to be short so you will need to cut the bolt.a lot of people dont run water lines with td04, its tried and tested. i guess its up to you. micky boy
Corded rubber hose would be best mate dont use blue silion hose it might split and you could lose your water without knowing it!
