(or not be settup properly : too soft)the one which seems stuck might just be stuck and ready for garbage, or its dampening might be setup way too stiff.you can adjust dampening from the top of your shocks. you need a long allen key (which was included in the kit at first)D2 struts can be opened and fixed if problem is gone oil/broken gasket.but you need to find a place which know how to do it properly.
