Your car is subject to a emissions test. Every car is. You car will fail a cat test. If the tester follows his guidelines in the testers manual, he should then do a vehicle specific test. With starlet gt's not being a uk car they are not on the data base. So the tester must do the minimum requirement. I.e a non cat test. This also applies for glanzas.
