jon5698 Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Well 2 das before JAE my EK9 was finally delivered i ordered the thing in march but because of slow shipping in japan and me trying to get it shipped to newcastle it took ages. In the end i got fed up of waiting and had it delivered to southampton. Here are the pics after i spent all saturday getting 8 weeks worth of shit from its long trip over here off it. Hope you like. jon5698 Posted July 30, 2007 Author Posted July 30, 2007 It is standard apart from having a full HKS exhaust, the original one was robbed on the ship so i need to source another for the esva I am going to keep it as honda intended externaly, just going to refurb the wheels. tucka Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 yeah 2 of my honda mates have got these, you will find it very wierd to drive, you have to be at 6k to use the full cars potential, but u will notice it is very sluggish until it gets to that point,i suggest that you also buy a long ram and you will then love the noise at vtec change over (sounds awsum) basically its a racing car for the road, handling is awsum, 185bhp standard.nice car pal, gud buy! I am going to save up and get a mugen air box for it, i am a bit dubious of the long ram kits especially with the weather we have been having. If i were you mate i would get it delivered to southampton and get beamish transport to deliver it to your door for you. It only cost me £220 to get it to sunderland so it should be a bit cheaper as leeds is 100 miles less for them to go.Tucka, that carbon bonnet looks amazing on your friends car, that will be the only exterior mod i will do to the car if i do any, white car with cf bonnet = sex wee lol Quote
