Im going to look at a gt tomorrow... its the one with the claimed 230bhp even tho it has hardly any mods.... it has 140000kilometers....is that bad? whats other people cars on? id just be gutted if broke not long after owing it.But im am only going to look as i dont want to rush into buying and dont need another car for a good few months.

its roughly 87,000 miles. I wouldnt say it was bad if its been looked after and serviced properly but have a good check over the car.



If you do a quick google search for "starlet buyers guide" you should find a few pages telling you what to look out for

Yer its the one on gumtree but my guess is they no fuck all about the car i wouldnt buy it stright away and i need to find out how much my insurance will change first too so it will be just to look at for now :)

All it has is a exhuast so i no the power will be pretty much standard lol but im not looking for a modded starlet im looking for a untouched one


I hope its been looked after

i agree with AdamB compression test it check for blue smoke etc if your really want to buy it ask if you can take it to a local garage you trust and ask them to check it over for you as they will find every little problem and if he is a genuine seller he wont mind them checking it over

Well i went and had a look and it was a dog the body work was crazy it was like it has just been sanded down and engine was warm when i got there so yea i walked away.
