does the rad need to come out when engine removed?

how soon is soon? i wouldn't fit it as i would take the rad out when removing the engine due to risk of damage.

I dont imagine it would have to come out to remove the engine mate but might be helpful if it is. I wouldn't waste your time or the money on antifreeze just fit it when the engine goes back in.

Doesnt have to come out no... However. For the sake of the 2 bolts an 2 hoses... It makes accessing stuff 100x easier!

Alloy rad upgrade wouldnt hurt...

I meant like i have a civic rad here and was going to fit it now.. but since the engine is coming out the rad might be in the way.. so may as well keep the new rad fresh
