FPR on my setup, do I need it?

So I have setup like this on my glanza:



Stock internals


Stock CT9


Stock mani ported


decat


fujitsubo Powergetter


HKS actuator


Blitz dump


Apexi air filter


Iridium plugs with ultra leads


removed boost restriction


JAM ecu


AEM AFR


Depo boost gauge



I'm going to up the boost to 1 bar. Do I REALLY need a fuel pressure regulator? I have my AFR gauge so I can see all the time if it's lean or not. I was told that stock fuel pump should be enough for that kind of setup and power it will produce.



The engine is healthy and in good shape.



And is it recommended to up the boost gradually or should I wind it up to 1 bar straight away?
