aguilhermepb
Hi everybody. I'm André, 20, and I live in Porto, Portugal. I will start to apologize my English, but I think you will understand me.I'd just surfing on the internet and I found this forum, which looks to me very good and very helpfull to some things!I'm a owner of an EP70, not very usual in Portugal roads. EP71 and EP71 Turbo probably exists one or two in the all country! I'm a friend too of the Darkside, who posts his car in November (I don't know that, find out now ) So, I will talk now of what really matter. My car is a small 1.0L 12v carb engine, everything stock when I bought it. I've started to put another steering wheel, because when I raise my foot of the clutch, my knee shocks with the steering wheel, so I changed it.Then, everybody wants a good setup in their car, so I'm not an exception. The car had a really bad cornering, it balance so much and I doesn't could cornering like others, the limit was very low. Because of that, I've changed the tires and rims, changed the old 145/80 r13 to 185/60 r14, with a 2000' OZ Superturismo, Michelin Pilot Exalto at the front and Bridgestone Potenza RE270 in the rear.Next change was the suspension. Changed the old OEM Monroe to the TRD shock absorvers and coil springs. This in Portugal are rare too, I bought it to an owner of an trophy car EP71, raced in 1987. The shock absorvers are rebuild from TRD and send to the public. This suspension is so so much better than OEM.And that's all for now. I've been looking for a 2E engine, there are a lot in Portugal on Corollas. I've been looking too for a EP71 tachometer, a EP71 front sway bar and a EP71 front lower lip. This three things don't find anywhere There is some photos of my car: (P.S: only the two last photo is with TRD suspension mounted and don't have here the photo of the coil springs) Thank you for reading.
