Spuddy Posted March 19, 2010 Author Posted March 19, 2010 dude you not think you would be bestter of with the gt gearing, as the longer gearing mean's when you change gear you not bag on max power again so it wont spin up as much, you gotta he nearly hitting the limiter in 5th gear at the quarter mileThe extremly tall tyres conteract it, I was mis shifting on the 14th, the powerband is all in the middle now cause of the nitrous.2nd gear is my new first gear, 5th my new fourth. Was approx 7400rpm in 4th over the line, the limiter is 7200rpm but nitrous gives u a but more but it's very dangerous to exceed the limiter.Turns out though I should be changing gear at 6000rpm in 4th! I was way of the mark all day but its all a learning experiance. Quote
