DIY Canards?

Has anyone made any? I'm not paying £100+ for some tiny bits of Carbon, was wondering if anyone had tried making their own?

Saw this guide and got me thinking I'd like a pair of slim discreet ones each side of my GT bumper!

Seriously though if you do make some I'll shape up a stencil or something and get them to you and chip in for material costs?

yeahh could do man won't they be a different shape though with the hrf bumper??i got a week off before japfest though so could always pop up the garage and knock some up man

Yeah it'll be a different shape but my DIY skills fail haha! I'd make up some templates how I want them shaped, but would have no skill when it comes to making the actual canards aha. Sounds like a plan!

I've made some for my RX8 from Carbon though work.

I'm going to be fitting them over the weekend so i'll post some photos up.

Did they cost you much Dan?

I was thinking of making some out of acrylic or aluminium and then skinning them in CF for "the look"
