Lew's got the carbon ones on his GT, they are adjustable as well so can be put pretty much anywhere on the roll cage.

I got some GT door bars off the forum about 6 months ago and then got an extra bit welded on to meet the existing holes for the seatbelt connection points.....because they were just short for ep91 fitment! Can't see them costing too much from scratch as there's no bending required.
