keirz Posted September 22, 2007 Share Posted September 22, 2007 i would suggestred constant live ie, battery (constant power to remember settings when the cars switched off)orange, something that only comes on with the ignition switch. ( as scutch said for the ilumination)black, earth as you know!green, which is the one that picks up the revs need to go to the ignition negative (a shortcut to the ig- can be found in the diagnostics box in the top right and corner of the engine bay) hope that helps a little mate.ps you said it has 5 wires and listed 4!
