Torque setting

Anyone know the torque setting for the crank bolt on a 4efte??

its 150 or 155.its a bit of a beast to tighten,and to undo for that matter.

i had to use a electric impact gun to undo it which took like 4 or 5 twenty second blasts (with a 1000 quid snap on gun )

to do up a 2&half foot torque bar and got somebody to sit in car ,put in first gear and foot on brakes.was stilla pain and had to really work it hard to get the torque to "click".
