AdamB
The first gen were poor, 2nd gen were better and people seem to be happy with them. Whats your engine spec? Most people don't even need cams, or choose them for the wrong reasons.
webby
forged 4e, greedy td05 14b, not fully spooled till 5,000rpm its laggy and needs cams and valve springs, want some cams to build a head up to kill some lag.
AdamB
You'll need cams with shorter duration and a wider LSA then. You'll be better off getting some from Tighe as they have a load of "off the shelf" specs available, ranging from 80 degrees, all the way upto 340.Something around 215-225 degrees duration, 8.2mm lift and an LSA of 114 degrees. Socks
stock cams will do 350-370bhp+ easily... Spend your money on a billet wheel or dual ball bearing turbo, or a decent boost controller. If you want better spool!

AdamB
Stock cams are fine, but the guy isn't looking for power, he asked how he can improve his low-mid range torque. Besides billet cams can be had cheap if you know where to look Edited August 18, 2013 by AdamB
