I'm running a pair of willwood callipers on my glanza and when I brake there is a knocking/crunching noise but the discs and pads seem fine, any idea's? Thanks

Steering wheel shacking will be balancing mate

Balancing is normally when accelerating. Shaking when braking is normally a warped disc or if you are running grooved discs it's quite common for you to feel the grooves through the wheel.

This! ^ , I'd say the same, as shaking from braking is more from warped disc's etc...
