Glanza-Ben
Just re fit it like you took it off and make sure all nuts and bolts are tight with new gaskets and check the oil and water lines ain't leaking on 1st start up n it will be fine
turbo Grant
Would be a good idea to prime the turbo before starting. Pull the king lead off crank the engine till you have oil running out the return and your good to fire up
mikey4410
What grant said is a bloody good idea.

Cheznutter
wouldnt oil be spilling out of the sump though ?
StuDoc 72
It will come out of the return pipe (the rubber hose which goes from the bottom of the turbo into the sump. If you lie on the ground while someone turns it over give them a shout to stop turning it over as soon as oil comes out youd be unlucky to lose 100ml.
RobSR
Like said prime it, dont just start it up! Oil wont come out the sump if you take the turbo oil return off, as its above the level. Wait till it drips out the bottom of the return and refit and start. I prime by removing the efi fuse aswell, as just removing the king lead still dumps fuel in. Edited September 16, 2013 by RobSR
