jamesglanza Posted October 13, 2013 Author Share Posted October 13, 2013 I men't the internal parts like getting all the built up crud and lacquer off the inside of the cylinder head when i take it off to fit new stem seals in the winter? Have used paraffin in the past or other stuff left lying around in the lock up but some ones been helpfull and had a clear up so there's nout about now.? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Carb/injector cleaner is great stuff but expensive.might have to get on to the local chippy or whole sale to get a few pints of vinegar then Any other acid based chemicals that are good?can get my hands on hydrocloric acid, maybe a little strong lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
