Chops
Hey all, planning to swap my turbo and manifold out soon, and have most of the bits i need ready. I was wondering though, is it ok to reuse the origingal turbo to downpipe gasket, or should i replace it? the turbo is is identical across that face, so it shouldnt be an issure, right? also, im having trouble finding the turbo to intercooler gasket, it seems to be the same as an external wastegate gasket but im not sure. any help appreciated! Ollieh17
I thought the same about the external wastegate gasket. This is the one you need http://www.id-workz.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_1118_8_102&products_id=4695
RobSR
You can get away with reusing the turbo > decat one if its not screwed, just make sure you change the head > manifold one if you take it off.

Idrees
u can reuse turbo gaskets over and over no problems. I've seen many that crack. If they've never been replaced before I would guess they'll split/crack when removed, but of course that isn't always the case.
