hi, as some of you will know i own a 239bhp td04 glanza but the gearbox died so took it off the road and doing loads of work to it to make it mint. in the mean time i needed a car so my mum kindly gave me an mg zr 1.4 as she was getting a new car

it was quite fun but really slow and boring so i decided to swap it for this!

Its a 2.0 gt uk spec, 2 lady owners from new with 86000 miles and full service history up to 76000 and loads of receipts and history for all work thats been done, plans are to tidy it up, new wheels and maybe lower it slightly

i have an fgk manifold for sale for the celica if you are interested?

thanks guys, i actually love it, have these got vvti? cause i put a pipercross air filter on it and it has a vtec like kick at about 5500rpm

you can buy a spacer for this, and it does help with getting abit more power, much better mid range and top end pull, doesnt affect low down torque (which is already great)

i also just noticed thats its a 98 spec uk, which means that it will have an egr valve on it, which means that its roughly 167bhp stock instead of the prefacelift 177bhp

yeah, instant power bump.. yours will have a 4-1 exhaust manifold design, the prefacelift had a 4-2-1 manifold design

update!!!




bought some wheels this weekend, there called driftz, might get them refurbed in bronze eventually

and finally bought a jdm rear number plate holder and a pair of 13x7 sized plates should make it look a bit better

Got a straight swap for my mg zr lol I had the mg up for £1100 though, the Celica was in the same family since New and 2 mature lady owners and service history up to 76000 and it's at 87000
