N/a intake manifold

Hey guys im struggling to get the intake manifold out of the engine bay ive got all the bolts out and its of from the throttle body just cant seem to lift it out any help would be appreciated.

All hoses disconnected, throttle cable disconnected?

thanks guys haha and never knew there was bracket on the back will have a look again but i never seen one and yeah all hoses and throttle cable also the earth wire disconnected.

Tbh I'm not sure if there is I just know there is on 4ages lol

Think there is an earthing point on the back that's for sure
