Handling is more then shocks and springs, for the best set up, you'll want a rear swaybar, and a front castor kit.

if you lower (dampers and springs or coilovers) you should get a adjustable panhard rod too.

Do you go on track often? if so, go for coilovers, if not, save the money and stick with shocks+springs, dont really need the castor kit either, but the rear swaybar is desireable. to improve handling,

and lsd.

to be honest i had shocks n springs on mine when i got it, i have some other bits too, but it seems to handle aswell as others, ive been in dans gt with teins, which are nice n all but went and tested my car properly after and it felt the same weather there was difference or not, anyhow the coilovers look better when seen anyway. so mine are good enough for now.
