Got this rediculouse squeaking noise when i put the heaters on and apply the acceleration usually happens when pulling away at junctions etc.. This is my second glanza and the last one had the same issue so i changed the belt which cured the problem for no less then 2-3 weeks then it recurred.. Anyone have any seggestions other than change the belt? There only a few quid either way but it could be something im missing etc :)

Cheers mark

If its under load, lights on etc, it may be the alternator bearing thats noisey, i had this on my GT, swapped over an alternator and it was sound afterwards.

Had a brand new belt on perfectly tensioned so it wasnt that :)

Cheers lads, going to do all the usual checks etc make sure its tensioned correctly check for any leaks close to the belt (as mentioned) and also the belt condition.. A mean there only 7 quid so i might just change it anyway..

I know its nothing major but its better to have a few more opinions before hand :)
