Wardy
I pressured up the fuel system on the car today as i have just put in a Zisco Fuel Rail in and Denso 430cc injectors. The fuel is leaking out each end of the fuel rail from the threaded fittings, one supplied by zisco and the other one i supplied. Now, the rail didnt come with any washers or anything so i dont know if i need to supply my own washers and if so which ones? Also should i PTFE the threads on the fittings or is this not suitable for fuel use? Has anyone somehow sealed their injectors aswell as there maybe a bit leaking from them aswell? Any help would be much appreciated! Wardy
Azz
Should have like a brass washer on the end fittings buddy And if your injector seals are leaking get onto id workz for new ones

aidanep71
Copper washers should be used on all banjo type fittings
Wardy
And this will stop it from leaking?

karl.
There is no where to put washers on the rail where you are talking about. are the threads of the fittings you supplied the same as the ones on the rail? These could be slightly different and cause leaking.
