Anyone else that had hks actuator fitted able to tell me if their one seems to get upto say 0.6-0.7 bar then gradually build to a bar? New to this so just wanting to make sure. I understand it has to build pressure just wanting to be certain.

Managed to find a few topics on boost creep. Easiest solutions seem to be restricting the exhaust and air flow?

Other question was if I drive car normally until I get this done will it be ok?

Standard manifold tho so you dont really want to run over 0.8 bar I think porting the waste gate is the easiest option

ahh good point, yeh port the turbo or external wastegate. Both worked for me

I've got an uprated manifold that I am going to put on at weekend. From what I've read I don't know if it is creep. Say i put foot flat down in third at about 2000rpm then steadily builds upto a bar, same in each gear?

Going by this id day it was creep but if it just goes to a bar then id say its fine.

If your taking the manifold off you could just port the turbo at the same time?

Have a look at this if you need help - http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?40945-How-to-fit-an-aftermarket-manifold-and-port-the-wastegate-*

Was your actuator new? where was it from? only asking as i need one :)
