what do people use to clean there engine bays?

I use gunk it's in an orange can

ive used gunk and different engine degreasers etc when i swapped the engine but i mean like to get them proper clean more detailed then just cleaned i should of said that really

I use Dasty. Don't know if they sell it in your place? Works very good and its cheap doesn't harm a thing

depends on the state of the bay steam cleaning is good if its really greasy, or you can use an apc and brush just cover up electrics when rinseing off, use as little water as poss

Depends on state of engine bay, I normally tape up the air filter, and any other areas where you don't want water getting in, then sprinkler setting on hose pipe rise it done slightly then use all purpose cleaner

and some brushes and give it a good clean then rinse all the bay down then dry with compressed air if you can if not use some micro fibre towels to mop up the water left then use engine protection
