Eynonz
Feel like putting my TD fuel rail on during the weekend, but have never changed one before. Anything I should watch out for, things I need to know?
karl.
I assume its going to be the same sort of setup with my zisco one. Make sure you have plenty of ptfe tape and install that on the threads correctly as I had alot of bother with mine.
Jim*
Piece of piss mate 2 bolts to undo it from the head, then just the fittings either end
Eynonz
Doesnt sound to bad . I assume that if it's done without the PTFE tape, then fuel will be pissing out of the Rail?

Ended up having to use copper washers and everything but hopefully the TD rails are alot easier to install

Eynonz
Got the right fittings ...... but my Injector seals have seen better days, and I almost choked on my cup of Tea when I saw how much replacements cost.
dangeestarlet
The 0 rings that go into fuel rail or ones the other ones ? If it's the 0 rings you can get them from any car part shop and buy them separate , only like 5p each
Eynonz
The other ones sadly
Eynonz
Copper washers work to make a decent seal? What about rubber ones?
