can anyone help I'm looking to rip out this shit light blue tubing circled in red

and want to replace it with black tubing as it looks more suitable just curious as where I can get it from.

You can get packs off eBay for cheap. Just search for loom wrap or tidy along those lines

No conduit is not flexable, conduit is solid metal or plastic. Kopex is what you want its what the blue stuff is, its the bendy/flexable version of conduit i use both at work all the time.
