DanTheGlanzaMan
Ok last year on Boxing Day my Starlet dropped a piston ring in cylinder 4 so I decided to go for a full engine rebuild costing just over £1000. After the rebuild, within me driving literally 4 miles it spun a shell and put a score on the crankshaft... Back to the garage it went. 2 weeks later I was driving along and smelt a high smell of petrol. I stopped the car only to find fuel was pissing out everywhere... Took it to the garage and one of my fuel injectors had cracked, so I got all 4 of them replaced. And I found out that ive got a dodgy fuel pump so I bought a Walbro 255. Also I found out that my timing was way out too on my cambelt and crankshaft so I had to get this sorted too! Then a further week later one afternoon my car wouldnt start or tick over so I had to bump start it to get it going. Got it checked over to find that one of my earthing wires wasnt even connected! A few days later driving to work and I get a puncture in my rear left tyre that did require a new tyre... And now to top it off driving home last monday and my turbo decides to pack up! Ive ordered a td04 setup which should be with me soon. But for the past 5 months ive had rotten luck with my Glanza and spent a total of £2050, im glad ive stuck with it and held it out tbh because I think most people would of given up by now lol ive been getting alot of stick from people saying to scrap it and get rid of it... My answer was, no I want to get it 100% after going this far with it I want to see it through now! Things can only get better for me now though?
Starlet-Joshy
After all that bud I hope they do! Things seem to be going worse for me! My n/a handbrake failed and went into a wall 2 days ago, today I woke up and found two of my windows have been smashed! It may seem like a bitch Atm, but at least it's all less bits you have to worry about going wrong!
richardc9052
But if you think about it your going to get to a point where everything is new and you wont have to worry about anything going wrong for another 50-60k miles
