Rattling/whistley noise? N/A 4EFE

Ignore the 'oooooooo' noise, thats just the NA hardpipe kit from RW Developments making that.

The whiring whistley rattling noise? Any ideas?

Crankshaft pulley maybe

I got the same sort of noise on my paseo, im pretty sure mine is one of the pulleys for the timing belt as I've disconnected all aux belts and the noise is still there.

Had that exact noise on my 4age 20 valve, it is the idler pulley for the timing belt is on it's way out replace it before the pully collapses and throws off the timing belt

Update - alternator was on its way out. Worn bushes.
