JamesD89
As above I'm currently in talks to import a much more retro Starlet than mine , I will say no more for the moment Anyway, If all goes well I will be stripping my( I would say above average condition for age) 95 silver previously automatic GT back to stock,( only to keep another on the road),, done a bit of research but I think it's good to test the water as they are becoming rarer by the year. The car has 126'000 ish kms genuine, last month it flew a mot without a single advisory, inside and out it's clean and totally unmolested. Not going to stick pictures up as it's not for sale atm but you can check my very simple build thread. Here: http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/74434-james-mk3-silver-build-updated-18814/ The only modification it will be sold with is a very bitey Spec 6 puk paddle clutch as things will be hopefully moving quite quickly and I'm short of time to remove and replace it. What would you heads price this car at as stock with some unknown 15" wheels with good tyres?? Imput would be great ThanksJames
daniel_g
If its minty mint id say 3K for a clean silver GT. My mates silver one was flawless and he sold it for 3.5K with a few mods, but still CT9 with TMIC etc.
JamesD89
If its minty mint id say 3K for a clean silver GT. My mates silver one was flawless and he sold it for 3.5K with a few mods, but still CT9 with TMIC etc. It's defo not flawless and I will be honest and say that I feel the bumpers would benefit from a respray due to chips and age but the metalwork is pretty mint and above average for age(been in the UK since 07). Very good condition though as I'm sure anyone who has seen it would agree, Besides that though engine is mint it's been restrained by the auto box until May this year and heavily serviced by myself since ownership.
