How do I get a bit more power out of my ep 82

Currently running brand new meshed ct9 turbo, Fmic, jam ecu, .8 of boost on ajustable actuator, 8mm ht leads, high flow exhaust manifold, straight through japspeed exhaust. anything else I'm missing? I suppose the next step is a bigger turbo but that's big bucks ain't it?

Any help is appreciated, love this site!

Depends how much more power. Personally if you just want a little more power a lot smoother ride and better economy id sell the plug and play ecu and get a piggy back

So what do I need and what would it cost? And I would raise the boost but it didn't seem to make a lot of difference and I've heard the ct9s crack the waste gate any higher than .8 ish.

U made no mention of an aftermarket manifold so anything above 0.8 is risky.

Tdo4 your looking at the cost of the kit so depending on the type your looking anywhere from £400-1000. Then a piggy back goes from 200-500 depending on type and cost of mapping. You could keep your plug and play and just bolt the td04 kit on tho if u wanted just not as good

Run the ct9 @ 1bar on jam ecu will be fine, or put a decent td04 kit on and run on jam ecu at 1bar will be fine aswell, I made 239.9bhp on jam ecu and td04 with perfect fueling at 1bar, better the alot of piggyback ecu maps

All you will need is a manifold and down pipe kit(would recommend a wepr kit) £400-500 and a td04 which can be had for £40, A new oil feed anf return pipe £40 and a external wastegate if running non actuator £150

What about the smaller radiator, isn't the original radiator in the way of a td04?

Depends what kit you get as to weather you need a slim rad, there only about 70 with brackets and fan

Sweet. And would this site be the best place to buy from?

Yea most people are trustworthy but when buying with paypal always pay the 4% fee to protect you from getting ripped off
