new workout routine - calisthenics

for those who aint heard of it its just basically a posh word for bodyweight exercises.



its hard i aint tried anything crazy i aint got the strength haha just managed to do 20 pullups with the middle grip which is my fav and can do about 12 wide grip.



just fed up of using weights really and wondered if anyone on here is into it too.



and about the kidney comment is that calisthenics you talking about? lol

anyone used one of those door frame pull up bars havent got space for anything else

yeah mate i got one of those and the grips actually easier on the hands than the bars at the gym lol.

just dont get one of those crappy corkscrew ones that you screw into place they are a bit weak.

u want one of the ones that uses the vertical pane of the doorframe as leverage - more weight applied the harder it grips into position.
