Fan always on/car runs cold

Just bought my first ep82

For some reason the fan is always on, making the car run cool, a lot less than half way on the temp gauge, is this going to cause problems, is there any advantages/disadvantages?

Theres a single wire plug under the dizzy that controls the fan. Either the sensors knackered or the wire is split. (Or not connected)

If its running thay cold it might still be on cold idle so will be over fueling.

Or somebody hasnt bridged the aircon sensor unit.that also makes fan come on permanent

I've looked at that and it seems to be connected ok. And gets between the cold line and half way

This could be the reason as air con has been removed, how would I check for this? Sorry I'm new to these cars

Just behind the passenger side headlight, should be a grey plug with two wires - wires need bridging/joining

got it! will it cause any problems if i keep the fan running? car doesnt reach half way on gauge.

Its best to keep the fan off unless its needed.
