Beany GT Posted October 25, 2014 Author Share Posted October 25, 2014 Yeah, I've got a mig welder, an I can weld, never really thought of a DIY, which is strange seen as I built a full cage, an other parts for my old car. mikey4410 Posted October 25, 2014 Share Posted October 25, 2014 To weld a wastegate up on a ct9 you need high nickel content tig rods as its best with iron housingsthey are expensive rods and a pain to weld.if you dont use nickel cracks and splitting away occurs. Link to post Share on other sites
