immobiliser problem

My mate lost the keys for his starlet sr n/a and bought new keys door locks and barrel but now it wont start is it possible to remove/cut out immobiliser to get it running again cheers.

Theres a chip in the ECU. If he gets a hold of the ECU from the car he got the keys and barrel from, and puts it in his car it should work.

Would toyota be able to do it without the original key do they have the code in a database or something because the car he got the keys from the ecu was fried

you can bypass it if it is only feul pump cut with a live wire if its ignition then uf fucked

Will he have to get anything coded if he can get a new ecu and keys ect

you have to check wich it cuts feul or ignition i dont know if its feul just suply the pump with power and she will start if its ignition then your fucked

Do you have a wiring diagram so we know which wire to power or is it pretty obvious

The fuel pump runs with out bypassing it and its getting a spark but dont think the injectors are firing can get a faint smell of fuel from cylinders when turning over but probably old fuel lying in it

there is no way to bypass that then sorry back to square 1

i would be easier to source another n/a and takes its ecu, the black box under dash and the keyring-around the key barrel maybe
