TimD
Anyone experienced this? Got to lunch time yesterday at Cadwell and I had some bearing noise, sure enough there was play. Before I called it a day I figured I'd try and nip the hub nut up, I did and the noise/play disappeared.
Glanza-Ben
Guessing your missing the pin that holds the nut in place to stop it coming loose Edited December 8, 2014 by Glanza-Ben
Rob H@RCH Engineering
What was the hub nut torqued upto?? I now of some one els on here that messed up a bit in his recipe for torque conversions, Im not going to name and shame him but it was a recipe for disaster lol
TimD
The pin was there, not sure if it was torqued up, one of the few parts of the car I haven't touched, it is now! Maybe that was it? Going to have a proper look around it before it's next outing anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
daniel_g
Put em to FT haha.Actually quite common in cars, i see it quite a lot. Tell tale being the disc has a weird score round it if its been loose long enough.
