6 speed gearbox

right lads and ladies my clutch is slipping badly and my gearbox is crunching going into 2nd, so while im changing the clutch i want to put a 6 speed box on while im there. what car has the 6 speed box i need and is it just the gearbox i need?

The toyota corolla g6 1.3 will fit but not the 1.6. I got that info from someone so not sure how true it is

right i need the 6 speed from the g6 corolla does anyone know what the code is for this gearbox? is it c60 c160 ect ect.

thanks for link but will get one cheaper than that due to mate works in a toyota breakers yard. ;)

there not suppost to be that strong from what i heard, and a 5 speed lsd dont fit. i was thinking of the conversion for mine, but when i read that folk with the g6 corollas were converting them back to 5 speeds

What i was going to say is, it depends on the bolt pattern on the final drive 8 bolt and you can fit an aftermarket lsd to the 6 speed fine. But if its a 6 bolt diff the you would need to find a 6 bolt lsd
