no boost horrible whining noise some smoke :/

was on my way to work today all of a sudden lost all boost has become really sluggish makes an awful noise too on boost :/

pretty worried and dont really wana drive it as may cause more damage ! engine bay seems pretty smokey

Is it a really high pitches whistle noise that gets louder as you throttle up?

You've probably popped a boost hose.

no youd still get some boost as its still forcing it in at the join, its just not a tight seal

yeah on closer inspection input shaft is fine not much play so its not that but have noticed theres no vacum from the turbo that goes to the boost controller then to the actuator so am thinking the seals on the hot side of the turbo are shagged?
