Do 4age clutch fit 4efte?

hu guys, just been browsing some clutches. typed some part numbers into google and a few are coming up as 4age (ae86, ae92 etc)

Do they run the same clutch as our starlets?

there are 2 different clutches for the 4age engine the 200mm and the 212mm you need the 212mm clutch they are exactly the same as the 4efte clutch, the ae86 ran the 200mm clutch i believe you will need a clutch for the later 4age silvertop and blacktop or the 4agze

the 1 from 87 mr2 4age should fit i just ordered 1 a 6 puck from americano land for 150e dlivered to the door i will know when it arrives if it fits

You sound a bit like me colin with all these bargains you find. most of the bits on my car havent even come from the UK. Would rather pay less and wait 2 weeks tbh.

being doing some reading on the XTD clutches and heard alot of mix reviews, not sure weather to take the plunge or not!

As joel said the 4age has 2 sizes. You need the 212mm

The 4agze also has 2 sizes though the 212 which you can use and a bigger 225mm that i dont think you can.

Blast from the past, but how has your clutch been colin.

I need a clutch... nothing major, just to cope with the td04 torque at 1 bar.

Ct12b hybrid with t16 size compressor wheel it slips at a bar deu to the big hike in torque and acis setup

I read mixed reviews about them on the driftworks forum...but for the price you can't complain i guess. I'm ballin on a budget lol.
