nano Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Hi i have stock écu with td04.stock fuel pressure. Afr is 15 on low boost but at idle it goes to 13. Why causes this? I had fuel pressure régulator i thought it was this that causing that so put back oem system.thanks Quote
mikey4410 Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 possibly ure engine temperature sensor Quote
nano Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 You mean intake air temperature sensor? I have it connected in intercooler piping after throttle body. May it be cause of this? Quote
nano Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 So what is engine température? I checked error code. And there is code 24 : iat sensor Quote
JayJ Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 error 24, iat sensor = intake air temp sensor. And surely idle afr should be 14.7-16, not 13.5 as the table shows. Quote

JayJ Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 (edited) http://www.safrtool.com/SAFR-AFR-values.asp nano has stock ecu, so it should idle at 14.7. Your link offers targeting values for standalone ecu with naturally aspirated engines. Edited February 12, 2015 by JayJ Quote

nano Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Can a bad iat cause rich idle? Is this common? When engine is cold afr is 11.5 i used to get 13.7 at cold start Quote
Ollieh17 Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 Mean did this and never got to the bottom of it Quote
