Turbo Goose
Either drivers side driveshaft seal on side of gearbox or crankshaft seal on drivers side which is on the oil pump Edited April 17, 2015 by Turbo Goose

Boylo99
okay after cleaning it up after lunch and leaving it looks as simple as a leaky sump plug but doesnt seem to tighten so could be crossthreaded? :/ and fixes?
SRchris
Are you sure its the sump plug? have you any photos to show us?
Boylo99
well cleaned it all up theres none running down its just leaking off the plug tryed to tighten it and doesnt nip up so im guessing threads fucked :/
Turbo Goose
U mean it turns without tightening?People often overtighten the aluminium aftermarket 1s
Johnboy GT
Could just be a fucked copper washer bud. Get a new washer and if you are in doubt of the current plug get a new one and see what happens after that.John
Boylo99
can feel it tightening then it doesn't so im guessing thread on the ump or plug is trashed!yeah just ordered a new plug but has started to drip out more now i tried to tighten it so thinking its best not to drive it for now as dont want the plug to fall out :/
Boylo99
ended up being a stripped thread on the plug so a nice cheap fix
