bucketep91
Doddle! Unplug the engine loom from the dash loom. Remove the dash with the loom attached and fit it to the bare one. Then engine out with the engine loom fit it and plug it back together! Edited April 25, 2015 by bucketep91

bucketep91
It is! I put my build off for ages because I was dreading the wiring looms, when it came to swapping them over it took literally half an hour!I did have to splice a few bits here and there afterwards but I had mixed up looms from 96-98 spec and my cars a 99 but if it's all the same year going from a running car to a bare she'll then it couldn't be simpler
fordie_glanzaV
Thats alright then.. basically planing on reshelling mine.. so loom going from 96 to bare 96 so hoping for none of that splicing and mix matching lol
Patches
Aye piece of piss, i also went from a 98 to a 96 and just took the 98 loom, dash etc to save hassle. If i was you i'd take pictures of everything before you start unplugging so you can see where everything goes, helpful for the odd thing here and there that isnt obvious how it goes back together
