ridiculously high idle first start

Just fired the engine up for the first time and its revving by itself to about 3000 rpm its nothing to do with the idle screw am i right in assuming it would be vaccum leaks?

What's your timing set to aswell

As far as im aware timing is standard i havent touched it since it came out of the donor car and it ran fine in there.would it be worth me getting a timing gun?

take intercooler pipe of and put your hand over the tb if it stalls no vacuum leak and adjuster srew adjustment will sort it if it keeps running then ul hear where the leak is
